Service Portfolio

The Service Portfolio is the product of the Service Portfolio Management process. It contains information about all the services the IT service provider is planning to deliver in the future, all services that are ready for delivery at the moment, and all services that are no longer available.

It is divided into three subsets:

  1. The Service Pipeline
  2. The Service Catalogue
  3. Retired services
