Service Manager

A Service Manager is the person responsible for managing the complete life cycle of a particular IT Service. A Service Manager may be responsible for more than one IT Service.

The term "Service Manager" may have other meanings as well, such as any manager within the IT Service provider, or a senior manager with overall responsibility for IT Services.
