Project Quality Plan
From IT frameworks
Purpose: Define the quality techniques and standards to be applied, and the various responsibilities for achieving the required quality levels, during the project. Setup a RACI matrix for all tasks lists, ensuring one person is accountable.
Should contain:
- Customer's quality expectations: (Must be defined in PID!)
- Acceptance Criteria: (SAC strictly defined)
- Quality responsibilities: (RACI, one person being accountable, usually Senior User from BUS)
- Standards: (What standards must be adhered to)
- Quality control and audit processes
- Change management procedures (Ensure Senior User from BUS or Executive is on CAB. Call CAB on Normal Changes relating to project)
- Configuration Management Plan: (Control over CIs)
- Quality tools (How to measure quality)
