Project Plan

Purpose: The Project Plan is a mandatory plan that provides a statement of how and when a project’s objectives are to be achieved, by showing the major products, activities and resources required on the project.
Should contain:
- Plan Description: (What the plan contains and what is doesn't contain)
- Project pre-reqs: (To start the actual plan state resources and capabilities needed)
- External dependencies: (Approved by Senior Supplier from BUS)
- Planning forecasts: (What will happen and when)
- Tolerances: (Based on resources available)
- Attachments: Probably a gantt chart or other dashboard tool
