Process Manager

The Process Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a Process. Responsibilities include planning and co-ordinating of activities, monitoring the Process and reporting to the appropriate recipients. There may be several Process Managers for one Process, particularly in large organisations, or where the Process is divided on multiple geographical locations. One person may also be Process Manager for several Processes.
