From IT frameworks

Jump to: navigation, search

Welcome to the IT frameworks wiki, an interactive resource focusing on IT Governance and IT Service Management. This wiki is based on the principle of anthill innovation, as shared with other great resources such as Wikipedia and the Free Software ecosystem. As a community driven resource we aim to become a primary source of ITSM experience and material, free for all to enjoy and share.

Available Frameworks

To date the wiki presents two management frameworks.

ITIL® PRINCE2®

ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is a framework for organising IT Service Provider organizations, based on best-practices in the IT industry.

PRINCE2 (Projects In Controlled Environments) is a Project Management framework based on best-practices.
