Lessons Learned Log
From IT frameworks
Purpose: Ongoing log throughout the project which basically is a repository of any lessons learned during the project that can be usefully applied to other projects. Entries provide input to the Lessons Learned Report at the end of the project.
Should contain:
- Date
- Author
- Description of what happened
- Recomendation for next time
