Stage Plan

Purpose: Used as the basis for project management control and management throughout each stage.
Should contain:
- Plan description
- What the plan covers (Define the actual stage)
- The planned approach (Aligned to Project Approach in PID)
- Quality plan (Part of Quality plan in PID)
- Plan prerequisites (Resources & capabilities to deliver stage)
- External dependencies (From Senior Supplier)
- Tolerances (Based on total project tolerances)
- Planning forecasts (How the stage will be performed)
- How plan will be monitored and controlled (RACI and align to communication plan)
- Reporting (When and how?)
- Graphical plan attachments (e.g. gantt chart, dashboard quickviews)
