These help-pages are for a large part based on the help-pages on the english Wikipedia. Check them out for a more complete set of help-pages, but keep in mind that not everything there is applicable here.
If several titles can lead to the same article one should create redirect pages.
- ITIL is a redirect to Information Technology Infrastructure Library
- RfC is a redirect to Request for Change
A redirect page is created like this:
#redirect [[Article title]]
Thus, in the article CAB you write #redirect [[Change Advisory Board]]
A redirect page pointing to another redirect page will fail. The second redirect will not work in order to avoid eternal redirects. The user will still be able to click on the correct link to arrive at the correct article.
