Emergency Changes

An Emergency Change is a Change that must be implemented so quickly that it cannot follow the normal procedure. e.g. a solution or workaround to a Major Incident. Change Management should have a defined procedure for dealing with Emergency Changes, and they should always be documented after the implementation.
