Component Quality

In PRINCE2 the Projects' Products must have measurable expectations and a defined method to objectively measure these expectations. Throughout the Project lifecycle independent checks should be performed to ensure deliverables meeting customer requirements.

In the Project Initiation Document, the customers expected quality must be defined alongside an agreed method to measure this. During the PRINCE2 process Managing Product Delivery, Project Products should be tested in a Quality Review Technique.
