Communication Plan
From IT frameworks
Purpose: Define all parties with an interest in the project (stakeholders) and the means and frequency of communication.
The Communication Plan should contain at least the following entries for each interested party:
- Interested party (stakeholder)
- Information required (status on which area)
- Information provider (e.g.Project Manager)
- Frequency of communication (every Friday)
- Method of communication (email)
