Change Advisory Board

The Change Advisory Board or CAB is a group of people that assist the Change Manager with making informed and good desicions. The CAB is made up of representatives from all areas within the IT Service provider, the Business and third parties, and other individuals as appropriate. It is usually not necessary for all the CAB menbers to participate at every CAB meeting; the Change Manager select and invites the appropriate representatives to each meeting.
