- Test Strategy - The whole testing approach from strategy to live operations needs thorough planning to meet customer expectations.
- V Model - A model used for guidance to ensure customer requirements are accepted, tested and validated.

This key Service Transition process works closely with Release & Deployment Service Transition process.

Value to the Business
