Appetite
From IT frameworks
Appetite states the tolerable level of Risks. A Risk level is defined by multiplying the Impact and the Probability assessment. With Impact and Probability scales from 1 to 6 the Appetite might be set to 10.
Impact definitions:
- Minimal impact
- Minor impact
- Moderate impact
- Major impact
- Critical impact
- Extraordinary impact
Probability definitions:
- Not likely
- Small chance
- Medium chance
- Probable
- Very probable
- Almost certain
